Reports say that Scientology kept the father and daughter apart because the church has strict rules that say members can’t date people who aren’t members.
A close source said they didn’t feel sorry for Cruise even though it sounded like he was upset with the situation in his statement to the lawyers. Someone close to him said, “This is his loss, his issue, his problem.” He must have been brainwashed a lot.
Samantha Domingo, who used to be a member of the Scientology church, confirmed these rumors. Domingo told Suri that Cruise “couldn’t be in her life” since Suri wasn’t a church member.
On the other hand, someone in the church told Domingo he was wrong. The Scientology member said that parents could see their kids, and Cruise was the one who didn’t want to see Suri.
She didn’t change her mind, and she even said that things were more difficult than they seemed. Because rebirth was important to the church, the former Scientologist said, “Suri’s not really his daughter; she’s just a spiritual being in his daughter’s body.” Domingo said it.
Even so, a church spokesman said the claims were false and that Domingo had given a false picture of the Scientology church’s beliefs and actions.
