Arnold gets very angry when he sees his poor mother at his wedding because he told her not to come. They give him a gift and toast him. Arnold starts to cry and falls to his knees right away.
“Look! Someone is leaving the café with a smile on their face.” The colour of her blush is priceless!” her boss said as laughter echoed through the restaurant kitchen.
I told Miss Diana, “We’ll be there.” “What time does the wedding start?” Someone at work asked as Diana, who couldn’t stop blushing, was surrounded by people.

It takes place this Sunday at 11 a.m. Looking forward to seeing all of you at church.
The senior citizen worked as a cleaner at the coffee shop. She took half a day off to assist her only son Arnold in choosing the best wedding dress. Finding the blue suit took Diana a long time. She wasn’t worried by how much it cost. She believed that her son should look his best.
Diana had saved all her money to buy her son a suit, and she couldn’t wait to see how he would react when she called him home to surprise him.
“I absolutely adore the thought of him getting married!” She thought. She couldn’t wait for this moment to come since Arnold told her he was going to marry his girlfriend Masha.
Wow, look at what I got for you, son! Diana walked in the door with a suit in her hand and a huge smile on her face. “This is sure to be fun for you!” May I have you try it on? That I could still return it if it didn’t fit right, the seller told me.
Arnold was about to throw away his mother’s gift, which he thought was “garbage,” when she spoke on the mic and stopped him.
Arnold frowned when she pulled the suit out of the bag and showed it to him. There was anger in his voice.
“This is not the kind of suit I’m wearing to my wedding.” As the daughter of a rich man, I should look my best for my wedding. I feel bad wearing that cheap suit.
Diana looked like she was going to cry. It seemed like she was fine, but her son’s words made her stop talking. It made her sad, and her heart felt heavy.
The worst thing that happened to her was when Arnold said, “One more thing…”I do not want you to attend my wedding. The rich family of my fiancée will all be there. You should not be there in your dirty clothes because it will make me look bad. It’s boring to say, “You clean houses,” every time someone asks.
Diana ended up crying. After rushing to her room, she locked herself in. It hurt her so much that she cried the whole day. Arnold was too busy to check on her, so he left to get ready for the wedding. There would be a party in two days.
Armstrong’s long-awaited big day was on Sunday. Even though her son told her not to, Diana wouldn’t miss such a lovely moment. She calmed down, went through her closet, and chose the most beautiful dress. Then she got ready.

“This mother wants you to understand her pain and wish.” I really can’t miss your big day, son. While looking at herself in the mirror, she said out loud, “I’m coming.”
Diana brought along an old clay vase that she planned to give to her son as a present. She found her coworkers and boss already at the church when she got there. She was cheerful and forgot for a moment that Arnold had asked her not to go to his wedding.
“Hi there, Miss Diana! “I’m sure you’re the happiest mum in the world!” her boss said.
Diana smiled and carried the big gift box inside. They kissed and then exchanged rings. Diana could not hold back her tears, not even when she tried. She was thrilled. “I did it!” she exclaimed.
There was a fancy dinner after the wedding. An abundance of wealthy guests flocked to the location to meet the newlyweds. Arnold was shocked to see his mum coming up behind him. He looked disgusted and raised his eyebrows. She came for what reason? He told her not to ruin his day.
“Good job, sweetheart! You both look great! Good luck!” Diana said as she gave her son the gift.
Arnold turned around and saw that someone was taking a picture of the event. Instead of making a fuss, he took his mother’s gift with a shy smile. He took a few small cuts in the box and saw the vase inside. “I got an old vase from her that was lying around the house.” Is that really that cheap?” he groaned.
Arnold was about to throw away his mother’s gift, which he thought was “garbage,” when she spoke on the mic and stopped him. Arnold’s face turned pale from shock. He didn’t know that day would bring out a 25-year-old secret she had been hiding from him.
Diana began, “Twenty-five years ago, just minutes before my best friend died…” She quickly looked up at the ceiling as tears began to show in her eyes.
It was an old vase that she gave me and told me to give it to her son on his wedding day. In memory of her parents, she wanted her son to have this gift.
Arnold had trouble understanding what his mum was saying.
“I took her little son in after she died and raised him as my own.” I didn’t get married because I wanted to give all of my love and attention to my child. Today is the day to find out what your mother left you in that box, son. Best wishes!” Diana raised a glass for a toast while Arnold looked at the vase in shock.

The thought shocked him. Buckets of money were inside the old clay vase. Overflowing with tears, he fell to his knees.
Arnold realised that the woman he felt bad about wasn’t his birth mother, but the person who gave up everything to raise him. Her love for him went beyond being a mother. She saved him when he was alone and became his guardian angel.
“I did what I said I would do for my late friend.” My son, I’m happy for you. Enjoy your time off and God bless you!” Diana’s turn came. Even though she was walking towards the door to leave, Arnold wouldn’t let her. She was trying to get away when he ran after her and blocked her.
Saying sorry to my mum. I value your love for me very much. I’m sorry I caused you harm. I never behaved well as a kid, but you were always a fabulous mum to me. How come you didn’t tell me I was an orphan? Do not depart from my side. “I don’t want to lose my only parent again.”
Arnold gave Diana a hug, and the two of them went back to the stage, where the groom danced with his mother.
He whispered, “I love you, mom!” Diana smiled and cried tears of happiness.
