An expert on the royal family says that the rivalry may now get worse, which could lead to the formation of two separate royal families.
On May 19, 2018, Harry and Meghan got married in a very fancy royal ceremony. The service took place at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
It had been seven years since the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, so this was the first royal wedding.
As Diana’s two sons had already married their own brides, a lot of people were interested in how the two weddings were alike and different.
“Quite honestly, that is a real possibility.” Russell says that the problem for the Sussexes is that once you start doing these kinds of things, people start to question everything else you do, even business projects and tours that look like they could be royal tours.
People will be more interested in Harry and Meghan because it’s called “The Office of Harry and Meghan.”
I find it interesting. It makes me wonder if this is a plan to avoid some of the bad news they’ve been getting for the past year or two.
Could it be that they are a little more traditional in their social views and, for lack of a better term, see themselves as royals who have been sent away?
The scholar said, “I wonder if they are acting on advice that people don’t want to hear them criticise the royal family.” They aren’t very popular in the US right now, but that could change.
The way the public sees things is always changing. But they could, and there are signs that they will, go on a tour of the US.
