The A-list couple has been under intense scrutiny lately, largely due to persistent rumors that their marriage might be heading for divorce.
Last week, various reports emerged, mostly suggesting trouble in paradise for Affleck and Lopez. Some claims even suggested that Affleck had moved out of their shared mansion, with anonymous sources offering mixed opinions on the situation.
However, the most significant update came late on Friday when Lopez unexpectedly canceled her planned US tour, “This Is Me… Now,” to spend more time with her family.
Lopez addressed her fans through her website to explain her tough decision.

Speculation about low ticket sales has been rampant, but a source told the Daily Mail that this wasn’t the reason behind the sudden cancellation.
Nevertheless, the news fueled speculation about the state of Lopez and Affleck’s marriage. Some saw it as a sign that the couple might be on the brink of divorce and that Lopez couldn’t handle the demands of touring amid personal turmoil.
Over the weekend, Affleck and Lopez were seen together at a basketball game where Affleck’s son was playing. The couple was photographed smiling and greeting each other outside a YMCA, but noticeably lacked public displays of affection.
Despite the perfect opportunity to quash the rumors, the stars reportedly avoided kissing and were later seen walking side by side without holding hands.
Just last month, a source told Page Six that Affleck had “come to his senses” about his marriage to Lopez.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” the insider claimed. “He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream and he’s come to his senses now, realizing there’s no way this can work.”
As of now, neither Affleck nor Lopez has officially commented on the rumors – understandable, given that much of what’s being said is speculative. Still, this story has been full of unexpected twists, so more updates could be coming soon.
