Charli Worgan and her husband Cullen, both with unique forms of dwarfism, have faced numerous “why” questions throughout their lives.
But their love and resilience have only grown stronger. After the birth of their first child, Charli created a social media account to share their family’s journey, gaining over 300,000 followers.
Recently, Charli announced her third pregnancy, but with a mix of emotions. Due to genetic risks, each pregnancy requires thorough testing.
Their daughters, Tilba and Tully, have different types of dwarfism, and the possibility of their third child inheriting a fatal combination of genes weighed heavily on their minds.
Charli underwent Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) at 14 weeks, a procedure with a 2% miscarriage risk.
The results revealed their child would not inherit the fatal combination, but would have achondroplasia, like Charli.
With courage and openness, Charli shares her story, inspiring others to embrace life’s challenges with hope and strength.
